Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in Med/Surg or ER settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse
• Current licensure in good standing in the state of California
• ACLS, PALS, and CPR certification required
• TNCC certification within one year of hire date

Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong nursing skills with experience in Emergency Room settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
