Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through exercise and therapy
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
