Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute patient plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Document patient information with accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care
- Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and experience
Qualifications
- Current RN license in WI
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in inpatient acute dialysis a plus
Education
- RN degree from an accredited institution
Knowledge & Skills

- Patient care planning and execution
- Medication administration and documentation
