Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' occupational performance and develop treatment plans
• Implement individualized interventions to enhance daily living skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• 1-2 years of experience working with adult or pediatric populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
