Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to mothers and babies
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
- Utilize evidenced-based care to deliver high-quality patient experiences
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license or compact to practice in Colorado
- AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
- Experience in Labor and Delivery, OR, PACU, or postpartum care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- RN skills in Labor and Delivery, OR, PACU, and postpartum care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
