Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, function, and strength
- Develop and implement patient rehabilitation programs
- Supervise PT Assistants and Aides
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active license as a Physical Therapist in Arizona
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Patient rehabilitation and treatment planning
- Electronic Medical Records
- DX and ICD-10 coding
- HIPAA policy and procedure
