Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
- Develop and execute patient plans of care that meet individualized needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in departmental performance improvement activities to drive quality care
Qualifications
- Current WI RN license required
- NIHSS and CPR/BLS certifications a must
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu
- Experience in nursing, preferably in an Ortho/Neuro Unit
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in nursing and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
