Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned laboratory sections
- Perform specimen processing, test performance, and reporting test results
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policy, and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to laboratory staff
Qualifications
- Three years of experience as a generalist in clinical, high complexity testing
- Current, unexpired Medical Laboratory Science, Technologist or Specialist certification
- Bachelor's degree in laboratory, biological, chemical or physical science, Healthcare or Healthcare Management related field
