Shift Type: Rotating schedule including evenings and weekends. Primary PM shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, rotating weekends; must be available for graveyard/overnight shifts as needed. On-call overnight and weekends approximately 2-3 times per week. Shift type: Rotating (PM and overnight coverage).

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care during PM and overnight coverage, prioritizing safety and comfort
- Use EPIC to document care accurately and efficiently, ensuring continuity across shifts
- Respond to on-call and overnight situations with calm, decisive clinical judgment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and transitions
- Perform assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient status according to facility protocols
- Maintain required certifications and comply with health screening and immunization requirements
Qualifications
- BLS certification required
- EPIC experience is a must
- Prior clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work PM shifts, rotating weekends, and occasional graveyard/overnight shifts
- Must meet required health screenings and immunizations (see knowledge/skills list)
Education
- Active RN license in Illinois required
- BSN preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record
- Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable handling on-call overnight situations and urgent patient needs
- Familiarity with DCI/BVP processes and Prime competency/testing workflows
- Ability to document clearly and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
