Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a MedSurg setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize EMR (Cerner) to document patient information and track progress
- Participate in charge nurse duties and lead teams as needed
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS certification required
- 2+ years of MedSurg experience (night shift requires 2 years of solid MedSurg experience)
- Experience with EMR (Cerner) and EKG strip reading
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
