Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and interpret tele strips and patient data
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in self-scheduling and floating to other units as needed
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- 2 years of experience in ICU
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical care and ICU nursing skills
- Patient assessment and medication administration
- Cerner EMR system
- Tele/Monitor Techs and Phillips equipment
- Drips and vents management
