Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency care
- Trauma experience preferred
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications required
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Medication administration and management
- Vital sign monitoring and reporting
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) usage
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
