Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Gynecology units
• Circulate C-sections and assist with deliveries
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, developing and implementing care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
• Educate patients and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and FHM AWHONN certifications required
• Experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, or Gynecology nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

• Nursing skills in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatology
• Critical care skills
• Cerner EMR experience
• Triage and postpartum care expertise
