Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Utilize IRF-PAI experience to drive patient outcomes and improve quality of care
Qualifications
- Current CA OT License required
- AHA BLS certification required
- MS/MA Degree in a related field required
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab experience required
- IRF-PAI experience a must
Education
- MS/MA Degree in a related field
Knowledge & Skills
- Inpatient Rehab Experience
- IRF-PAI Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
