Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert therapy and rehabilitation services to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Utilize IRF-PAI experience to drive patient outcomes and quality care
Qualifications
- Current CA OT License required
- AHA BLS certification necessary
- MS/MA Degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience
- IRF-PAI experience a must
Education
- Master's or Master's degree in a related field
Knowledge & Skills
- Inpatient rehabilitation expertise
- IRF-PAI knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
