Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT procedures accurately and safely
• Provide compassionate patient care and support throughout imaging exams
• Prepare and position patients and equipment for optimal imaging results
• Communicate findings and concerns clearly with the medical team
• Maintain imaging records and documentation with attention to detail
• Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and facility protocols
• Assist with minor troubleshooting of CT equipment and notify engineering for repairs
• Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and patients

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist (required)
• Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) (required)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
• One (1) year of CT experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with medical staff and patients

Education

• Current Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT CT certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in CT procedures and imaging protocols
• Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology to support imaging interpretation and patient communication
• Patient care skills with attention to comfort and safety
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle equipment and positioning
• Clear verbal and written communication for documentation and teamwork
• Awareness of radiation safety and infection control practices
