Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of radiologic and special procedures in the Cath Lab with accuracy and attention to safety
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during procedures and throughout the patient experience
• Operate radiologic equipment following established protocols and radiation safety practices
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure timely, high-quality care
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms and equipment, ensuring sterility and readiness
• Document procedures and patient care activities clearly and professionally

Qualifications

• Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license required
• Current BLS certification required
• One (1) year of experience in an acute care facility preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-paced Cath Lab/special procedures environment
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting and assisting patients as needed
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

• Valid Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license
• Current BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in radiologic procedures and imaging fundamentals
• Experience or familiarity with Cath Lab and special procedures
• Knowledge of patient care principles and infection control
• Radiation safety practices and equipment operation
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress environments
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
