Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert, compassionate care for critically ill oncology and BMT patients in a 10-bed unit
- Manage ventilators, BiPAP, and perform tracheostomy care to ensure safe respiratory support
- Titrate drips and manage vasoactive infusions with precise monitoring and documentation
- Operate and troubleshoot CRRT, A-lines, IV pumps and Flow-track monitoring when needed
- Deliver total patient care including turning, dressing changes and complex wound/trach care
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary team to drive excellent patient outcomes
- Document care accurately in Meditech and participate in shift handoffs for continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the state of practice (required)
- Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience (as listed in the posting)
- ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
- Strong experience with ventilator management, titrating drips and tracheostomy care
- Experience with CRRT and transplant patient care is highly desirable
- Comfort working rotating nights and weekends and collaborating in a small, high-acuity team
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator/vent management and BiPAP competence
- CRRT operation and monitoring
- Peripheral and arterial line (A-line) management
- Flow-track hemodynamic monitoring and IV pump management
- Meditech EMR documentation and charting
- Critical care assessment, titration of vasoactive drips and complex clinical decision-making
- Strong teamwork, clear communication, and ability to build rapport with physicians
