Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day); some scheduled Saturday cases; on-call nights required (at least 12 shifts/month)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist interventional cardiologists during cardiac catheterization and related procedures, playing a key role in patient outcomes
- Prepare, troubleshoot and maintain imaging and cath lab equipment (Philips and Siemens) to ensure smooth procedures
- Operate and document procedures in Meditech and MacLab with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor patient vitals and respond quickly in emergencies using BLS and ACLS protocols
- Maintain sterile technique and radiation safety standards to protect patients and staff
- Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians as part of a focused, three-staff-per-case team
- Mentor and educate junior staff and new team members to help build a strong, confident unit
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- RCIS certification required (panning x-ray table experience noted)
- BLS and ACLS current and valid
- Minimum 1 year of interventional/Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Comfortable with PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI, IR and neuro cases (preferred)
- Willingness to work scheduled Saturdays and on-call night shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and interventional procedures
- Familiarity with Philips and Siemens imaging systems
- Proficient with Meditech and MacLab electronic documentation
- Strong sterile technique and radiation safety knowledge
- Good clinical judgment and emergency response skills
- Clear communication and teamwork, plus an ability to teach and support junior staff
