Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist and scrub for LHC, RHC, peripheral, structural heart and EP procedures with precision and focus
• Operate and troubleshoot cath lab imaging systems (Phillips and GE) to ensure smooth procedures
• Document procedures accurately in Meditech and Mac Lab to support patient safety and continuity of care
• Prepare, maintain and sterilize procedural instruments and equipment between cases
• Monitor and support patient hemodynamics and ensure safe patient care within a 1:3 ratio
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and the cath lab team to coordinate case flow and efficient turnover
• Provide dependable on-call coverage for after-hours cases and emergencies when assigned
• Adapt quickly to changing case schedules and work independently when the team needs you

Qualifications

• Current ARRT, CRT, RCIS or RCES certification required (one of these credentials must be held)
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred or available (listed as optional in the profile)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant cath lab experience (experience with LHC/RHC, peripherals, structural heart or EP is a strong plus)
• Proven ability to function independently in a fast-paced cath lab environment
• Comfortable using Meditech and Mac Lab documentation systems
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, including nights, weekends and major holidays

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with LHC, RHC, peripheral interventions, structural heart and EP procedures
• Proficiency with Meditech and Mac Lab electronic documentation systems
• Familiarity with Phillips and GE imaging/equipment used in the cath lab
• Strong procedural asepsis, instrumentation and catheterization techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot and remain calm during high-acuity cases
