Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field, instruments, and supplies for a variety of perioperative cases
- Assist surgeons and the OR team during procedures including ortho, spine, laparoscopic and robotic cases
- Operate and troubleshoot specialty equipment such as Stryker systems and assist with robotic platforms when needed
- Use Meditech EMR to document perioperative care and ensure accurate patient records
- Collaborate with nurses, EVS, and SPD to keep the OR running efficiently and safely
- Adhere to unit policies and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- BLS certification required
- NBSTA and Colorado DORA certifications required (candidates without these will not be considered)
- Minimum 2 years of OR/CST experience (perioperative surgical procedures experience preferred)
- Experience with ortho, spine, laparoscopic, and familiarity with robotic platforms (Davinci, Mako, Globus) a strong plus
- Meditech EMR experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong perioperative knowledge and sterile technique
- Hands-on experience with Stryker equipment and other OR instrumentation
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgery platforms (Davinci, Mako) and implant systems
- Competence with Meditech EMR for documentation
- Team-oriented communication, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment
