Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents at Casa Del Sol Center
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
• Perform routine assessments and promptly report changes in patient status
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied staff to deliver coordinated care
• Support patients and families with clear education and empathetic communication
• Maintain accurate charts and electronic health records in line with facility policy
• Participate in safe shift handoffs and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — required
• Comfortable working the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM evening shift
• Facility-required immunizations and ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; a caring attitude goes a long way

Education

• LPN certificate or diploma from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Basic patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
• Experience with wound care and ADL assistance
• Familiarity with electronic health record charting
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
