Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Casa Del Sol Center
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to facility policy
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the interdisciplinary care team
• Document care accurately and maintain clear, timely charting in the medical record
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth patient flow
• Support patient and family education, promoting recovery and comfort
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to maintain a safe, high-quality care environment

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or as required by facility
• Clinical experience caring for adult patients preferred
• Ability to pass facility orientation and background checks required for travel assignments
• Professional communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and bedside care skills
• Medication administration and documentation proficiency
• Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
• Comfortable using electronic health records and standard charting
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management abilities
