Shift Type: Evening shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (PM shift); specific days vary by facility
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
- Monitor patient status and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Support activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to develop and follow care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely charting in the patient record and follow facility policies
- Participate in shift handoffs and communicate clearly with family members and caregivers
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (must be current and in good standing)
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from a recognized provider
- Comfort working evening (PM) shifts and adapting to facility schedules
- Previous LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is preferred
- Ability to complete required onboarding, background check, and drug screening as needed
Education
- Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong medication administration and wound care skills
- Solid patient assessment and monitoring abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication with patients, families, and team members
- Familiarity with infection control and safety best practices
- Experience or comfort using electronic health records and standard nursing documentation
