Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as an LPN at Casa Del Sol Center
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to orders
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to the care team
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and other staff to deliver coordinated care
• Support residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity and independence
• Maintain infection control, safety standards, and facility policies at all times

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — LPN classification is required for this role
• Eligible to practice in New Mexico (state licensure requirements apply)
• Available to work 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM evening shifts as scheduled by the facility
• Comfortable working in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting

Education

• LPN diploma or practical nursing certificate

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Resident assessment and reliable documentation
• Clear, professional communication with residents, families, and team members
• Time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy clinical setting
• Teamwork mindset and a positive, resident-focused attitude
