Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with mobility, transfers and personal care while promoting resident dignity
• Support nursing team with bedside care tasks and timely documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention protocols
• Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to complete facility onboarding
• Basic CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced long-term care or skilled nursing environment
• Background check and immunizations as required by facility policy

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an approved CNA program required

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient-centered care with strong observation and reporting skills
• Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
• Safe resident transfer and mobility assistance techniques
• Good communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
• Basic infection control practices and attention to detail
