Shift Type: Rotating schedule, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, must work every other weekend (Day shift)
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and toileting
- Assist with safe mobility and transfers while promoting independence
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Support mealtime assistance and feeding when required
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of care and observations
- Follow infection control practices and facility safety protocols
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists and families to deliver person-centered care
- Help create a warm, respectful environment that preserves dignity
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Available to work a full-time daytime schedule and every other weekend
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in basic patient care and safe transfer techniques
- Knowledge of infection control and standard precautions
- Comfortable with documentation and charting best practices
- Good observational skills to notice changes in resident status
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively on a busy unit
