Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents with professionalism and respect
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
• Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient independence
• Support care planning by contributing observations and patient updates
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing required
• Minimum clinical experience as an LPN preferred
• BLS certification required or obtained upon hire
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings

Education

• Completed Practical Nursing program or equivalent diploma

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of practical nursing principles and medication administration
• Comfortable with electronic charting and accurate documentation
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
• Empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal abilities
