Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Evening schedule, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; specific days scheduled by facility (classified as day/evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition, reporting changes to the care team promptly
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility and positioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
- Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Engage residents with respectful, person-centered interactions that support dignity and quality of life
Qualifications
- Current LNA license (Licensed Nursing Assistant) in the appropriate state or ability to obtain quickly
- Previous experience working as an LNA or similar caregiver role preferred
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screens and required health screenings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable with electronic charting or documentation
- Professional, reliable and committed to resident-centered care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of resident personal care needs and ADLs
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Basic infection control practices and PPE use
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Accurate documentation and reporting skills
- Compassionate bedside manner and effective teamwork
