Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking and recording vital signs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident charts and care plans
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
• Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and visitors

Qualifications

• Active LNA license appropriate for Vermont or New Hampshire as listed in the posting
• Current basic life support certification if required by facility policy
• Comfort working the listed day shift hours of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
• Recent direct patient care experience is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Foundational knowledge of resident care and safety practices
• Ability to take and accurately document vital signs and observations
• Skill in assisting with activities of daily living and mobility support
• Professional communication with residents, families, and care teams
• Attention to detail with resident charts and care documentation
