Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day shift, no weekend rotation)
Hours per Week: 43
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations for the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Oversee and mentor therapy staff, fostering professional growth and a positive team culture
- Develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and drive clinical excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, nursing leadership, and administration to coordinate care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, documentation requirements, and facility policies
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient needs efficiently
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and use data to inform continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist (as applicable)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical rehabilitation experience; leadership/management experience preferred
- Experience with regulatory requirements and documentation standards in post-acute care settings
- Strong communication, supervisory, and team-building skills
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical expertise in rehabilitation therapies and patient-centered care
- Leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary therapy team
- Familiarity with EMR systems and therapy documentation best practices
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and quality metrics
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement evidence-based improvements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
