Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and document resident condition and vital signs accurately
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility needs to promote independence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
• Communicate changes in condition promptly to nursing staff and document appropriately
• Support residents emotionally and socially to enhance quality of life
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
• Relevant clinical experience as a CNA is preferred
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM evening shift
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to pass facility background checks and health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven skills in patient/resident care and ADL assistance
• Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and observations
• Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
