Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Document care activities clearly and thoroughly in patient records
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and providers to support patient goals
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity and independence
• Participate in shift handoffs and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — active and in good standing
• Previous LPN experience preferred; open to new grads with strong clinical skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Ability to pass facility background checks and required screenings
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered with strong communication skills

Education

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care effectively
• Comfortable with documentation and electronic charting systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork in fast-paced settings
• Understanding of infection control and patient safety best practices
