Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the rehabilitation team to deliver excellent patient-centered care
- Develop and implement clinical programs, policies, and quality initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care plans
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance coaching to build a strong team
- Oversee regulatory compliance, documentation, and outcome tracking
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and mentor clinical staff for professional growth
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted state licensure in a rehabilitation discipline (e.g., PT, OT, or equivalent) — maintain your license, we’ll support you
- Proven leadership experience in a rehab setting or long-term care environment
- Strong track record of managing clinical teams, staffing, and budgets
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards relevant to rehabilitation services
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree (MS or MPT/OT) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical expertise in rehabilitation therapies and patient functional goals
- Operational knowledge of staffing, scheduling, and team development
- Skilled in performance improvement, outcome measurement, and documentation
- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Comfortable using electronic health records and rehab outcome tools
