Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; weekdays with every other weekend and some holidays required (day, rotating)
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Document patient care and chart in PointClickCare (PCC) promptly and thoroughly
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to support care plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to ensure timely interventions
- Support resident and family education with clear communication and empathy
- Follow infection control policies and facility protocols to keep everyone safe
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (VT license preferred or appropriate state authorization)
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience is REQUIRED
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Comfortable working every other weekend and some holidays as required
- Professional, reliable, and able to work within a team-based care environment
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
- Current LPN licensure and required state credentials
- BLS/CPR certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with PointClickCare electronic charting
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
- Excellent clinical assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Good communication and teamwork skills with patients, families, and staff
- Knowledge of infection control, safety, and resident-centered care principles
