Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring documentation, compliance, and best practices are met
- Develop staff schedules, evaluate performance, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Collaborate with facility leadership to drive clinical outcomes and program growth
- Implement and monitor therapy programs, ensuring effectiveness and patient safety
- Manage operational details such as budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize services
Qualifications
- Licensed PTA, COTA, OT, or PT — credentials appropriate to role (preferred: PTA or COTA; open to OT and PT)
- Experience in rehabilitation services with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong clinical judgment and familiarity with rehab documentation and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule and support operational needs
Education
- Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related allied health field preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical rehabilitation practices and patient assessment
- Staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
- Documentation standards and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Regulatory compliance and quality assurance in a rehab setting
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational workflows
