Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during the evening shift
• Assess and monitor patient condition, report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document care and patient responses clearly in the medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe environment and follow infection prevention protocols

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Washington state required
• Registered Nurse preferred for this opening
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced long-term care/behavioral health environment
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or LPN program)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment and clinical observation
• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
• Basic wound care and infection control practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family education
