Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the rehabilitation team, including PTs, PTAs, OTs, and COTAs, to deliver outstanding patient care
- Design, implement, and continuously improve rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs
- Oversee clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, and budget management for the rehab department
- Ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality documentation, and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to create coordinated care plans
- Mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and support professional development
- Monitor outcomes and use data to drive clinical improvements and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working in rehabilitation settings; prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation assessment, treatment planning, and outcomes measurement
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Familiarity with documentation standards and payer requirements
- Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field required; graduate degree preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation modalities, restorative care, and therapeutic interventions
- Skilled in clinical documentation and electronic medical records
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer documentation guidelines
- Ability to analyze clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and staff development skills
- Proficient time management and organizational abilities
