Candidate Pay Rate: $70000 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day rehab operations to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Supervise and mentor PTA/COTA staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork
- Coordinate therapy services across disciplines to optimize patient outcomes
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Manage schedules and staffing to maintain consistent coverage and productivity
- Collaborate with facility leadership to support program goals and continuous improvement
- Oversee documentation and quality assurance to maintain excellent clinical standards
Qualifications
- Licensed/credentialed PTA or COTA (PTA or COTA required)
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in a rehab setting preferred
- Comfortable working a 40-hour, Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Strong communication and organizational skills with patient-focused mindset
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Education
- Associate degree or accredited PTA/COTA program completion (or equivalent credential)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy principles and best practices
- Skilled in staff supervision, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Proficient in clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary care and communicate with families
- Familiarity with quality improvement and outcome measurement
