Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day), 30 hours/week, No weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 43
Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing abilities to create a clear baseline for care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that drive measurable progress
- Provide skilled therapy services and adjust interventions based on patient response
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists and family members to coordinate holistic care
- Document evaluations, plans and progress thoroughly and timely
- Educate patients and caregivers to empower meaningful carryover outside of sessions
Qualifications
- State license in Speech-Language Pathology (Wisconsin) or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent clinical graduate degree
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred but not required; willingness to pursue certification supported
- Experience working with adult rehab populations or similar settings preferred
- Ability to commit to a 30 hours/week, Monday–Friday schedule
Education
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent graduate degree)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills for speech, language and swallowing disorders
- Excellent clinical documentation and time management
- Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff and families
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapy approaches and rehabilitation goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced rehab/permanent facility setting
