Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day) — No weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 43
Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical function and mobility to create individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and progressive exercise programs to improve strength, balance, and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in the medical record
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and fall prevention strategies
- Participate in ongoing clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes and program quality
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in West Virginia or eligible for state licensure
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; patient-centered mindset
Education
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans
- Proficient with therapeutic modalities, gait training, and balance interventions
- Familiarity with documentation best practices and electronic medical records
- Good clinical reasoning, time management, and patient education abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehab team
