Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day shift) — 35 hours/week, no weekend rotation

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions under supervision to help patients regain mobility and function
- Deliver targeted therapeutic exercise programs and assist with gait training and transfers
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
- Document treatment, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain a safe, compassionate environment and adhere to facility policies and professional standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — state licensure required
- No new grads — prior PTA experience required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or obtained upon hire
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
Education
- Associate degree or diploma in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient mobility techniques
- Proficient in documenting patient care and outcomes
- Ability to perform patient assessments and follow established care plans
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to safety and detail
