Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day shift, no weekend rotation)
Hours per Week: 43
Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based interventions to restore patient function and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain clear, timely medical records
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the rehab team to coordinate care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and therapeutic goals
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Current Maryland Physical Therapy license required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, or relevant degree with appropriate licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or obtain upon hire
- Experience in rehabilitation or post-acute care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in a related field acceptable with state licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in patient assessment and goal-directed treatment planning
- Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and mobility interventions
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Good time management and organizational skills to manage caseload effectively
