Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day shift), 30 hours per week, no weekend rotation

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
- Deliver effective therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Document patient assessments, progress, and discharge plans accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent care
- Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention to support lasting outcomes
- Monitor outcomes and adjust plans to maximize patient progress and satisfaction
- Contribute to a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas (current and in good standing)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred or equivalent degree in physical therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required or must obtain upon hire
- Experience in physical therapy practice, rehab, or outpatient settings is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
- Ability to work the posted schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Bachelor or Master in related field may be considered depending on state licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient assessment, treatment planning, and progress measurement
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and gait training techniques
- Comfortable with electronic medical record documentation and regulatory compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Time management and organizational skills to manage caseload effectively
