Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the rehabilitation team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
- Oversee clinical programs and develop rehab services that improve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality documentation
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance development for therapy staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership to optimize care plans
- Monitor budgets, resources, and program metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor clinicians, promote professional development, and support licensure maintenance
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab or therapy setting
- Solid clinical background in physical therapy with strong patient-care focus
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation best practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Comfort managing schedules, budgets, and program performance
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical expertise in physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
- Team leadership, coaching, and staff development
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance in rehab services
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and therapy documentation
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze program metrics and implement improvements
