Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Day shift with weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 43
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized rehab programs tailored to each patient
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule therapy staff to build a strong, cohesive team
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
- Monitor clinical documentation and quality metrics to maintain regulatory compliance
- Manage department budget, equipment needs, and operational workflows
- Engage patients and families with clear communication and compassionate care
Qualifications
- Current state licensure in a relevant rehab discipline (e.g., PT or OT) required
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting preferred
- Clinical experience in adult/geriatric rehabilitation; prior long-term care experience a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Comfort with documentation systems and quality improvement processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical expertise in rehabilitation principles and best practices
- Ability to lead and develop staff while fostering a positive culture
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality measurement
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Competence with electronic documentation and scheduling systems
