Location: Siler City, NC
Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day shift), 32 hours/week, No weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 32
Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs using evidence-based tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that drive measurable progress
- Provide direct therapy and therapeutic activities to patients across the care continuum
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and family members to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and home programs
- Participate in discharge planning and contribute to seamless transitions of care
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid North Carolina SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure (required)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience in rehabilitation settings or acute care preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR certification preferred
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with standardized assessments and individualized treatment planning
- Knowledge of dysphagia management and safe swallow strategies
- Skilled in clinical documentation and EMR use
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
- Ability to apply evidence-based interventions and measure outcomes
