Location: Winchester, New Hampshire
Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day) with scheduled weekend rotation (day)
Hours per Week: 43
Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional status and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and independence
- Document patient progress clearly and timely in the medical record
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety and fall prevention
- Supervise and mentor therapy assistants and support staff as appropriate
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current New Hampshire physical therapist license (required)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Experience in rehabilitation or post-acute care is a strong plus
- Strong clinical reasoning, documentation skills, and patient-centered approach
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy required/preferred; state licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assessment, therapeutic exercise, and gait training
- Comfortable with manual therapy and common rehab modalities
- Proficient with electronic medical record documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members
- Ability to prioritize caseload and manage time effectively
