Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Deliver evidence-based therapy and adjust plans based on measurable progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic care
- Educate families and caregivers to support carryover and functional outcomes
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current Washington state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or working toward certification
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred
- Valid BLS/CPR certification as required by facility
- Clear background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge of speech, language, voice, resonance, and swallowing disorders
- Proficiency in evaluation tools, treatment techniques, and goal writing
- Skilled in caregiver coaching and interdisciplinary communication
- Comfortable with documentation in electronic health record systems
- Ability to prioritize caseload and manage time effectively
- Compassionate patient-centered approach with strong problem-solving skills
