Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Day shift, 40 hours/week, no weekend rotation

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the rehab team to coordinate comprehensive care
- Document assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and recommend appropriate adaptive equipment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive clinical culture
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington or eligible for WA licensure
- Master's degree or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Education
- Master's or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assessment and therapeutic interventions for adult and geriatric populations
- Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and basic splinting
- Proficient with EMR documentation and outcome measurement tools
- Excellent communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while delivering compassionate care
